Our Books

Mark Meets Jesus
August 3, 2012 By M. J. Maynard

Sunday Bells exists to offer easy books to young children who are just beginning to read.  But, an underlying mission beneath everything we do is to lead young children into a relationship with our Lord.  I wanted a signature book that presented the plan of salvation, and the story of Mark Meets Jesus came to me.  In this book, Mark, a recurring character in the Mark & Kaylee series, accepts Jesus into his heart one day at church.  The book then has a very simple explanation of how to pray for salvation.  It is my prayer that God will use the message in this book to be a turning point for many young lives.
